Did I miss a memo somewhere ?

Am I overlooking something ?

I could have sworn that I used to be able to attach files and not just links and jpg's.

I can see posts where other people have posted with a file attached. But for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it.

So did something change, is it a fluke or is it my own stupidity ?
