I am still using SW 2012 x64 and I just built a new machine.  I moved over my SolidWorks to and started working on a part (which is a weldment).  I was using feet and inches for my units and everything was fine on the old machine.  I used copy user settings and opened the part.  Now I can't modify dimensions using feet and inches (example: I insert 10'4.75" and the dimension will not update.)  I go back to the old machine, and the modified dimension updates perfectly.  What setting am I missing???  I attached my problem log.
