I have several edges selected to put in a .005 radius. I have so many of these Fillets to put in I have been doing it a Qtr at a time. with a new feature each time. The first 2 Quarters of the  (round) part worked fine. The 3rd Qtr is giving an error (which makes no sense), but because the Fillet feature does not show me where the problem is occurring, I let the FeatureXpert try it and it to failed, but gave me another option. The option was to keep the current features that will work... I have been sitting here for 30+ minutes while it tries to produce the few it said it was able to create... however its not giving me anything. Creating the fillets with the Fillet Feature was faster than this with all the edges selected. Waiting this long for these the FeatureXpert to work is Bologna.

I have wasted 90% of my day trying to get these Fillets into this part... Solidworks needs to actually have an FeatureXpert that actually works and does it as fast, if not faster than a regular feature. They also need to make the Fillet feature (and many others like it) give feedback as to what is causing the problem and where. That would save a lot of time by deselecting those edges. You cannot rely on the preview, because the preview says its fine.

Looks like another wasted day! Very Aggravating day... sigh.

Does anyone else have this problem with any of the "Xpert" features within SW? This is not my first Rodeo with "Xpert" features inside of SW and I have yet to see one work, unless its in the Pony show we have all seen.
