I basically want to do a "Features > "Combine" using threeparts in an assembly. Imagine taking a box, filling it up withsilicone and dropping a screw into the silicone. Let the siliconecure and the result would be a mold shape of the screw. I have thescrew model, the box model but I need to do a combine operation ona cube of material (the silicone) and subtract the box and thescrew from the silicone.

The problem is that the screw and the box are two different modelsand the SW won't let me do a combine using parts in an assemblywhile editing the silicone part.

I am sure this could be done. Any ideas?SolidworksGeneral
