With the release of 2025 FD02, SOLIDWORKS added Bill of Materials for Electrical Assembly (2025 SP2) to PDM in regards to the SOLIDWORKS Electrical PDM integration. 
With this new feature we can now specify (by adding the report to the project) what Bill of Material we can see in PDM for the Electrical Project archive TEWZIP File. We are now creating Named BOM in PDM for every Report added to the Project that has a Type of Manufactures Parts. The type of report is set in the report Configuration 

After Setting the report to be Manufactures Parts, and Adding the report to the Project via the report manager on the project tab of the command manger any report that has the Wrench Icon(type set to Manufactures Part).
 

When the Project is Checked in to PDM the integration will generate a Named BOM for each report Manufactures Parts report contained in the TEWZIP project archive file. 

Results of a Combined BOM in Electrical with Manufactures Parts, Wires and Cables. This is just a Named BOM, there is no Link to the Virtual Documents that a generated when you sync the Library with PDM. 

Now we can specify the proper report outputs that are used for this Named BOM.
