Ran an FEA on half of a guide flap system that we are doing for a client to ensure everything was good. I was getting large displacement errors so I took the load down to only 10 pounds and it's still giving way more deflection then I should have on the 3/4" plate arms. I don't get it, what am I doing wrong? Zip file is 300mb so I can't upload it.
