Hi I have been trying to solve this but my manual calculations don't seem to be consistent with what the simulation tells me. Either my manual calculations are wrong or I have set up the simulation wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated

This is what I have done so far but I can't seem to figure out how to complete the manual calculations to match the simulation or if my simulation is even correctly set up. Any suggestions would be very helpful as I was to perfect this because I will be using this analysis in future assignments too
