I have an assembly with 5 components in it.  One part has 4 tapped holes created with the hole wizard.  These are #8 tapped holes, all the same size.  I have another component which is the fastener (#8-32 shcs).  this part was created from the toolbox and given its own file name for our documentation purposes.  the file tree needs to show the correct part file and drawing file name which is a random number assigned by our SAP system.  The part file also has to be in a protected folder with the assembly and other purchased components.

It seems that every time i open the assembly, the fastner changes to the solidworks toolbox fastner for file name and location. 

Is there a setting im missing?  Im running SW2012 SP5.0
