I have a problem on annotation on how to automatic showing the near side and far side hole callout. And would it be possible.

It becomes a problem because in shop floor some Machinist are prone for this error. Sometimes they mislocate the hole position.

Is there other 3D cad software that capable of this feature? Or Solidworks Add-in to do this job.
