Hello,

Last week I have updated Solidworks from 2013 to 2014 and started Simulation. I found some difficulties during Simulation. Like, when I click a surface to fix in all directions it Shows only arrow in normal direction. Not only that when I want to restrain in X-direction it still Shows arrow in normal i.e., Z-direction. Please find the Images attached.

What could be the reason?

I called Hotline for help and they also have the same Problem.
