Failed to obtain a SOLIDWORKS PDM Standard license. It can't connect to license server systems.

I can't enter to see my files, I get a message as shown in the image.

But I can work without connection and I can also access the PDM administrator.

Somebody happened to this or has a solution.

I'm using the SOLIDWORKS PDM Standard 2018.
