I seem to having serious difficulty in trying to use simulation express, on what is a very simple assembly. Diagnostics state that Edge gaps are larger  than specified tolerance, and to increase the mesh. i have tried this to no sucess!

For the thin extruded parts, i have tried 1) increasing the extrusion thickness, 2) reducing the element sizes. Again with no success!!!

Can somebody please help!

I have attached the model which I am trying to load with a universally distributed load of 2 Tonnes.

Can anybody advise where i am going wrong?.. Having read about other people having similiar issues, i think it may be a very small modelling problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
