Hi,

There is a self-made add-in for EPDM which works fine on our corporate PCs. It works on EPDM versions 2011-2013.

Our client has SW 2011 SP 5.0 and EPDM 2013 SP 3.0. Whenever he tries to use it an error kind of "Failed to connect to SolidWorks" appears.

I tried to simulate client's situation: installed SW2011 and EPDM 2013 with corresponding SPs. But no errors seem to appear.

Does anybody know what may cause an error "Failed to connect to SolidWorks" to appear?
