One of our CAD-users is having an issue with upgrading from SW2019 SP5 to SW2020 SP3.

When the installation is initiated, she can't select to either install or upgrade SolidWorks, as shown in attached picture. 

All the installations files are available, so i can't figure out what is going wrong.

Anyone who now how to solve this?
