I have an assembly file that has a few components in several configurations.  I use a macro to export the assembly file as a part file for each of the configurations and then I bring them into AutoCAD factory design suite for further design work.

The problem I am having is that when I save the assembly as a part, colored faced on just one of the parts are resetting back to the body color of that part.  There is another part in the assembly with colored faces where the color remains with no issue.  I have tried exporting as other formats to see if that helps (IGES and STEP), but no luck there.  I have also tried saving outside of the macro (with exterior faces, exterior components and all components), and that has not helped either.
