In SolidWorks Composer I'm assigning the color blue to the parts of faces where mechanics need to work on.

In this case the specific parts and faces needs to be cleaned. I exploded all parts to be able to select faces.

In the bottom part the face gets blue as I told him to. But the selected face in the upper part stays red while the properties tells me it's blue.

How can I solve this problem? I read somewhere about parent-child relations, but I don't get that part.
