HI all,

I'm proficient in sheet metal so no problem modelling anything but I'm not totally sure on the actual method of fabrication, if any one has the experience to advise?

I want this corner, once folded and welded up, to be as seamless and smooth as possible.

How would any sheet metal fabricators prefer to do this corner in terms of relief, seams, folds etc.?

4mm corten weathering steel

5.12 bend rad

k-factor 0.4

Top flange is 40mm across with 25mm return

(SW currently just on default flange settings)
