This is more of a mastercam question, but when exporting a parasolid from Solidworks to Mastercam, Is there anyway to (in the toolbar) Analyze > Chain > Select Contour on a parasolid? Or is parasolid just for visual use in Mastercam? I'm trying to generate a toolpath in Mastercam from a part I created in solidworks. I am aware that there are software such as solidcam, mcam for sw etc... I'm a student and I find it more beneficial to design on SW and manufacture on MCAM. I appreciate any input.
