I'm trying to use data from a Visio stencil file (*.vss) to create a part. I downloaded the file, and I can open it in Visio, and see the information. However, it will not allow me to save as to a dxf or dwg file. This is very frustrating. This is the message I get when I try to save the file: 

Unfortunately, the vendor doesn't (or won't provide data in any other format. Is there another program I can use to translate the file into something I can use in Solidworks? I've attached the file for your reference.
