Excluding an imported solid for export

Hello, I have a question regarding imported solids.

I had a 3D scanned .stl file of a human hand. The scan was faulty so I couldn't simply manufacture it in that state. The file was too big  to comfortably handle in SW, so I fixed it up and reduced it's facet number in other software.

After reducing it to about 10k vertices, I imported it in SW as a solid. The model was now too rough for export, so I created a wireframe over the imported solid with 3D sketches and a lot of planes, filled it with surfaces, knitted the surfaces to a solid and now got a very smooth model of the scanned hand. I want to use this new smooth model for manufacturing.

Problem is, I now want to export the smooth model, but not the imported model. Both are present in my .part file and the smooth model is based on and referenced to the imported solid. I can hide it, but I can't surpress it due to the referencing. Is there a way to remove the imported solid without breaking the smooth solid. Or perhaps simply exclude it for export to a new .stl file?

Thanks in advance,

Dan
