Excessive SWX folders in C: drive

I just upgrade our version of Solidworks and PDM from 2019 to 2020 a couple days ago, and ever since then I've noticed an excessive amount of "SWXxxxxx" folders are continuously being created on my hard drive, all of them empty. Does anybody have an idea of what's causing this? There are currently 53 folders, which is after I deleted 131 of them this morning.

I used an admin image to upgrade everyone this year, which I originally saved to my C: drive before uploading to a shared folder on our network. I don't see how, but could that be related? I did the same thing last year when we upgraded to 2019, but only maybe 50% of our users actually used the admin image to install. The rest were all manual installations. I haven't noticed any real problems that this folder issue has caused, it's more of an annoyance than anything, but I would prefer not to have to delete hundreds of folders every day for the rest of eternity...
