While trying to unarchive manufacturer parts downloaded from the SolidWorks Electrical Portal I am getting the following error:

"Error at data decompression

[ARCHIVE_FORMAT_NOT_SUPPORTED]"

this is followed up by another popup stating the error found and listing the temporary file directory.

Any advice/ past experience with this issue? The parts in question are SIEMENS S7-1200 and S7-1500 gold parts and I have attached images of the two error pop-ups.
