I am having trouble installing eDrawings 2012 on a Windows XP machine.  Whenever I run the installer, I get an error towards the end of the instalation.

"Error 1721. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support or package vendor."

The system is fully patched and I installed the latest microsoft installer package and still receive the error.  I have also followed some troubleshooting steps provided by microsoft to troubleshoot this type of error with no luck.
