I have been trying to update my SP2.0 to 4.0 and I keep getting errors around 20%. See below for picture.

Then I get this error. See below for picture.

Solidworks Install Manager then finishes with unsuccessful solidworks updae.

Any idea how to resolve this. I installed it on my laptop no problem.
