Install of upgrade was OK, have allready 2012 installed.

Trouble when starting 2013, Error 1406, ********\softwareSolidWorks^\SolidWork^\setup. Verfy that you have access to that key, or contact support personnel

Uninstalled all software, restart, install again, restart, starting windows 7 64bits, same trouble.

Must press Ignore in dialogbox two times then SW start.

What shall I do?
