Just a note on our recent upgrade from EPDMW 2009 SP0 to SP3.

The upgrade completed without any problems.

The biggest changes we noticed after 3 days of use are:
Major increase in browsing speed
SolidWorks.exe will now stop running when SolidWorks is exited
Browsing from Inventor works correctly
