I have an ongoing issue that I have been working with my VAR and Solidworks support for several weeks now with no results.

In the Admin tool, when I right click on a workflow for example and click to export it, the exported workflow when opened is pretty much empty. It strips out everything except one state. All transitions are and additional states are stripped from the exported workflow. I have tried exporting the entire vault and it produces the same result.See images below.

Since this has been reviewed by Solidworks and my local VAR resulting in no progress or answer as to why this would happen I thought I would reach out to the community for help.

As you can imagine, this is a HUGE big deal because I cannot even get a quick export for backup purposes. (I know there are other ways to backup the vault, in case of a catastrophic faliur but this tool is also necessary for quick exports).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
