Part of our automated workflow process is that the EPDM server generates a PDF of all drawings once they are approved, and it automatically adds the references back to the original SLDPRT and SLDASM files, which is great from an engineering standpoint. The problem is if I have people set up to only be viewers, when they open the PDF, it wants to get latest on all the references, which is uneccesary in this case. Is there a way to allow then to only get the PDF, even if it references other documents. I know they can uncheck the "Get" column for the references, but I need to make it weasier than that.
