SolidWorks 2014 SP4.0 & EPDM SP4.0 + hotfix

Had this issue for a while (2012/2013).  SolidWorks will crash when closing a document.

Not linked to any specific file.  Especially repeatable if it's the LAST document.

I've done all the repairs/re-installs/driver checks.

Done some shot gunning/troubleshooting and determined that it's DEFINITELY linked to EPDM.  More so when EPDM add-in is loaded in the Task Pane.

If I set under the EPDM Options to have the EPDM "blueberry" (extra tree pane) be BOTTOM FEATURE MANAGER TREE.  Problem is almost non-existent.

There was some references to this in the Knowledge base (some file specific, some general).  None of which have been linked to EPDM.

Anybody else seen this issue?
