Having an issue with missing 'Complete Search".

I have created a NEW group within EPDM and manually copied all permissions (general, folder, state, transition etc) from another group.  I have then added Users to this group and removed the same User from the group i copied.  Now the issue.  When User goes to EPDM search they no longer have 'Complete Search' listed under the Forms area.

Did I miss something?  Any user which is (only) in this NEW group does not have the ability to search due to the complete search missing.

Any help would be appreciated.
