I am having trouble finding where I can see and edit the EPDM "Named BOM"

Apparently the named BOM allows me to add items that arent in the assembly such as glue....wire etc...

In the Admn tool I have given permissions to edit the named BOM, now if I can only figure out how to navigate to it. Any help would be appretiated.

FYI I am using the windows epdm interface as shown below
