We have a re-occurring problem, our EPDM system is set to automatically send out an email to "Production" group to notify them of a new change note. Every so often they stop receiving them. I've restarted the database which seems to work but this has happened now in the space of two days? there must be a reason for this, anyone any ideas of what i should do as having to get everyone to log-out of EPDM whilst I restart the database every day is not what i want to do?

(we are running version 16.03.0064 of EPDM)
