Is there any (relatively) easy way to capture queue times for all files that have passed between specific states.  for instance if I want to get the average review time we should estimate for a file from drafting (state) to release (state). (maybe further specify by other criteria such as file type, etc  or year 2014 Vs 2014, etc.)
