We finally installed the Dispatch Addin two ways.  One is after the original DEV vault was set up and again when we set up a secondary (more correct) Development vault (both on the same server but with different names).  Originally when we set up the first vault we neglected to check off to install the Dispatch and tasks addin so we had to go back and do that.  And then we set up the clone production vault for test proposes.  We will clone those setting to our production vault on a different server.

But when I (in either vault) try to do an Administrative Actions on the Dispatch I get Class errors.

My IT guy tried to do this from the God Amdin and still got the error.  So I suspect one of several things:

• The server where it was originally installed is 64 bit (yes we installed it direct there) but the workstation is 32 bit
  
• We need to install the 32 bit version or the 64 bit version locally
  
• We need to somehow get the class registered.
  

We also get this error when I browse direct to the Vault View.

Any advise?
