Has anyone been able to use the Enhanced Angle Dimension Capabilities included in the SW 2015 upgrade?

I am able to use the 180° Angle Dimension and Imaginary Line Dimension, but not the Vertically Opposite Angle or Explementary Angle.

I cannot seem to obtain the Display Option to select Vertically Opposite Angle or Explementary Angle.

This supposedly is available when you right-click the angle dimension, but as seen below I do not get the option.

Am I missing something here?
