I am still using SW 2020 and I have some dwg files from a customer that when I open with eDrawings I can see the part, but when I open the same dwg file in Solidworks I just get empty views. I have done this endless times and have not changed any settings and was thinking the customer is doing something different or has upgraded their software and we are not compatible anymore? It feels like it should be a simple fix where I have not got an option selected in my settings somewhere. I have attached screen shots of what I see in eDrawings & SW. Any ideas??
