I want to emboss a logo into a 0.145" thick sheet and I am having no success. I think I have gotten around the multiple bodies issue by adding a base that joins all other bodies but I keep getting non-compatible part thickness issues.

Is it possible to emboss a logo?

Any pointers if it is possible?

Note that the logo is for all intents and purposes text with a rounded corner rectangle around it. Picture something like this:
