Hi Folks,

I have this issue "either the add-in or one of its components is missing" I have seen this in the post just not sure how to fix?

I installed on a client (other than dev machine) and this issue came up!

I followed some the help in the forum and much fussing around and a windows update it worked

client #2 no success!

I looked at the dll with dependency walker --> which showed an error could load dvmapi.dll ??? well after some research

this seems to a vista thing .. well any way I'm way down the rabit hole and could use some ideas???
