We have been using EPDM 2012 for 2 months and finally upgraded from SW2009 to SW2012.  I installed both SW2009 and SW2012 concurrently on one of my test user's computers.  He's now lost the preview tab function in EPDM.  He gets a static image of the part, assembly or drawing and can't zoom, rotate, etc.  I see that he has two versions of eModelViewer.exe.  How do I know which to uninstall and how get EPDM to run eDrawings again?  Since both EPDM and SolidWorks are 2012 SP5, shouldn't they both have the same eDrawings?  The files sizes and times are different on the two eModelViewer.exe files.  Thanks for the help.
