On computers that have only eDrawings installed on them, is there a way to generate a preview of the actual model/drawing rather than the eDrawings logo only? Individuals that I am in communication with have recently lost the ability to view the model preview and the computer has reverted to these logos as seen below. I tried uninstall 2013 and installed 2014 eDrwaings to no avail. The preview of models is a huge asset and if anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.
