Hi,

We have been experiencing a few issues with the Edrawings program in our Enterprise PDM application.  We are running version 2010 SP2.0.  I haven't been able to

turn off the graphics boost at startup. 

More importantly, I receive an error that EmodelAddIn.dll did not load properly. This error was happening when trying to preview drawings within the

vault.  It stopped happening during previewing but now comes up when we close the vault window.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
