In 2016 edrawings generated from inside Solidworks 2016 sp1, The file is generated, but when uploaded and attempt to open it says I have to install an add-on in IE 11.  When trying to install windows 10 professional will not allow it.  I have tried disabling all firewalls, anti-virus protections, security, basically opened the computer wide open (which is never a good idea) and still cannot get it to install the add-on or open the file.  My VAR tech support spent a good deal of time on the phone with me and they were experiencing the same issue with no resolution.  I was told to simply wait until the next SW service pack to be installed and even then he was not sure it would have the fix in it.

Any help?
