I ran into this issue initially using E drawings 2017 from a brand new install.  Our reviewer would go to look at our drawings and there would be a page (or multiple) with floating dimensions.  All of the drawing views would be hidden.  Opening the drawing, rebuilding, saving, and checking in seemed to work every once and awhile, but eventually we would just print to PDF and do hard copy markups. I recently moved to 2018 about a week ago and I haven't seemed to have had any luck with this.  Does anyone know of a more concrete fix for this issue?
