Hi guys,

I have a couple of designers that have just upgraded to SolidWorks eDrawings 2010 (from 2009) and have run into an issue.

We experience a program hang/crash when the following is performed:
- Open drawing with eDrawings
- Select Activate Measure
- Choose 'Select Edge' under Selection Filters
- Measure an edge

Then the program just hangs, sometimes it will render the line that appears when you select an edge to measure, sometimes it wont, but in both cases the program hangs and you have to control alt del out of it.

I have tested the program (using the same installer the designers used) on the following:

- Windows 7: Doesn't fault
- Windows 64-bit XP Pro: Faults
- Windows 32-bit XP Pro: Faults

Have tried it on 5 different computers all up, and all fault, bar the Windows 7 computer.

As you can see from the pictures, the first one is the program 'Not Responding' after using the measure tool. The second is the error that is displayed when you force close the program down.

Any help appreciated.
