Hi.
Had a user in our company that has been using the Edrawings viewer briefly once or twice a week since 2009. She reports that the program suddenly stopped working. I dropped in to check it out and sure enough, the program would not start at all. No error reports, nothing. I removed the program and tried the latest version. Now it wakes up just long enough to put an error message "Edrawings has stopped working".
It opens two successive error windows.

I've tidied up this computer and there really isn't a lot running on it, just Office and some acrobat stuff...
Any ideas?
