In SolidWorks I saved an assembly into eDrawing  .EASM file format with the measurement turned off.

I opened the eDrawing assembly and was not able to measure (perfect).

But I then opened one of the Parts in the Assembly as a "New Part Document".

Once the New Part Document was opened, it allowed me to measure it (Not Good).

I need all Assemblies and their Parts to be non-measurable.

Any thoughts?
