No matter what I try I can't manage to get eDrawings to work on computers that doesn't have the full installation of Solidworks. This is a major problem for me, as there is no point in the eDrawing API viewer if they can just open it in Solidworks anyways. How do I get it to install on computers without Solidworks?

Both Development computers, and the consumer user have eDrawings 2015 in the same exact file location, and both are about to open eDrawing files. I added an eDrawing view to a form I created, and it works perfectly on users who also have 2015 Solidworks, it will not work for users who ONLY have eDrawings. What am I missing?

I have looked for several weeks and can not find any useful information on how to fix this problem.
