I have a few users complaining that when they open ePDM in File Explorer and highlight a part or drawing, a preview of the part or drawing displays in the preview pane, as it should.  Recently though, when they move File Explorer to another screen or minimize it, the preview screen stays in the same place and doesn't move with file explorer.  Without restarting their computer, the only way to get it to close is to open task manager, go under Background Processes and end task for eDrawings.  This has happened on two different kinds of laptops, some running windows 10 and some windows 11 also we are running Solidworks 2025. Any thoughts or ideas?
