Hello - we have a VMware Horizon View virtual desktop environment with linked clones.  Each clone has 2 CPU sockets and 6Gb or RAM.  I am able to install eDrawings 2016 x64 on the parent image without any problems or errors.  After install, however, the program fails to launch after double-clicking the icon.  eModelViewer.exe appears in the list of processes but goes away after 5-10 seconds.  The anti-virus is disabled and there are no events in the App or System log which indicate any problems. 

Has anyone ever seen this and/or know how to fix it?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
