Does anyone else get this error while trying to install eDrawings 2016 on a computer that was upgraded to SW PDM 2016 from 2015?

"The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"

On some machines, if I just uninstall previous versions of eDrawings, this messages goes away.  On others, it doesn't help.

Ideas?
